Our goal at Ana Melgar Hair is to provide a luxury service in a happy, welcoming and peaceful environment. In order to support a positive and welcome environment for all, please understand the following. Ana Melgar and Staff will enforce a strict no tolerance policy in regards to disruptive behavior, hostility, discriminatory comments, or any behavior that distracts from the inclusive, supportive and professional environment that Ana Melgar Hair stands for. All communications with Ana Melgar and staff should be clear, concise and above all respectful. Any violations of this will result in immediate cancellation of the service(s). On location services are subject to a travel fee.

Cancellation Policy
A 30% fee will be charged for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointments, 50% cancellation fee for cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment, and 100% cancellation fee for cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment and for any no-shows.
